On November 4, Asanuma & Co. from Japan unveiled the 8MP King Keychain Camera, a pocket-sized gadget that blends nostalgic image quality with modern functionality. Despite its compact size, it supports microSD storage and offers up to 100 minutes of battery life.
Available in black, white, and pink, the camera is priced at just ¥3,300 JPY (approximately $21 USD / ¥152.5 RMB).
It measures only 45×28×20 mm and weighs a mere 16 grams, featuring a 0.96-inch LCD display. It captures 3,760×2,121 pixel JPG photos and records 1080p 30fps AVI videos.
Equipped with a built-in flash, it supports microSD cards up to 32GB. Power comes from a 180mAh lithium battery, offering about 100 minutes of operation and recharging via USB-C.
Each package includes a lanyard, keychain ring, USB charging cable, and user manual.
A fun, functional, and delightfully retro gadget — once again proving Japan’s genius for compact innovation! 🔑📷
