Chinese actress Zhao Lusi, who recently parted ways with her former agency Galaxy Cool Entertainment and joined Orca Entertainment, has taken firm legal action. On the 20th, her studio issued an urgent statement on Weibo announcing that 17 malicious accounts will be prosecuted.

According to the statement, in recent months there have been frequent online insults, defamation, and fabricated rumors targeting Zhao Lusi. These malicious acts have seriously violated her rights to reputation and likeness, while also disrupting the online environment.

The studio stressed that such behavior “will not be tolerated” and must be held accountable in accordance with the law in order to protect Zhao Lusi’s dignity.

The statement added that a professional legal team has been appointed and has already identified 17 Weibo accounts involved in illegal activities. Evidence collection is complete, and judicial procedures have officially begun.

The studio issued a final warning demanding that these accounts immediately cease their actions and delete all infringing content, or they will face full legal consequences. It emphasized that this is “only the first step in safeguarding Zhao Lusi’s legal rights.”
