(Hong Kong, 15th)
Hong Kong actress Linda Chung has been married to chiropractor Jeremy for ten years and the couple share three children, living a stable and happy life in Canada. After focusing on family for years, she has gradually returned to work, attending events in Hong Kong and holding concert tours in mainland China. However, today (15th), a Weibo trending topic suddenly claimed that “Hong Kong media reported Linda Chung sued her husband in Canada,” sparking heated discussions.

According to Sing Tao Daily, online posts alleged that on October 28, Linda revealed a copy of her prenuptial agreement during an IG livestream, accusing the document of containing “misleading clauses,” such as limiting her financial autonomy after marriage. It was further claimed that Jeremy approached her through his sister to persuade her to sign an unequal agreement, and that Linda filed a lawsuit in Canada in November, which is supposedly still under judicial review.

Responding at an event at Sha Tin Racecourse today, Linda said that marriage naturally goes through challenges:
“Difficult moments help build resilience. Only after overcoming them can you move forward smoothly.”

Regarding the trending rumors, she said, “Working in entertainment means there will always be gossip. Everyone has the right to comment, but I focus on my family and my work, and appreciate the small joys in life.”

Linda praised her husband as a “110% good husband,” saying he has given up many hobbies to prioritize family time and even cooks for the household. “I never forced him—he willingly spends his free time with us.”

As this year marks their 10th anniversary, Linda expressed gratitude:
“Marriage requires effort. Not everyone can maintain it for ten years. Our relationship has become stronger, and the areas that needed adjustment have already been worked out.”

She shared that their anniversary trip will be in February next year, as Christmas is usually spent with their children:
“It will be a short 3–4 day trip. We can’t bear to be away from the kids too long. My husband will plan everything.”

When asked about gifts, she laughed, “Of course I’d like jewelry! Ten years… maybe 10 carats—just kidding.”
As for what she would give in return? “I don’t need to. I’ve given him three kids and so much love.” She added that she just video-called her husband, who complimented her appearance today.

On work matters, Linda revealed she is preparing to release her second single and is planning the MV. She hopes to film it in Canada but is concerned about the lack of familiar makeup and styling teams. She said the MV will touch on her past love experiences, but her husband won’t mind because he knows everything about her and they hope to grow old together.

She also mentioned that when she released her previous single, she invited friends like Raymond Lam and Damian Lau to record support videos, which warmed her heart. Regarding promotion for the next single, she laughed that she “hasn’t thought of a strategy yet,” saying her mindset is still “old-school,” and welcomed creative suggestions.
