“The Queen of News 2”: Charmaine Sheh Coldly Rejects Kenneth Ma’s Character; Fans Heartbroken: “He Can’t Even Stay Past 11 PM”

In the latest episode of The Queen of News 2, SNK director Kingston (Bosco Wong) publicly fires Ivan (Owen Cheung). Later, Ivan visits the office where Man Wai-Sam (Charmaine Sheh) works, hoping to join her platform and continue working by her side.

Overwhelmed by emotion, Ivan hugs Man from behind and says, “I really miss you.” Man immediately pulls away and responds firmly, “This is exactly why we can’t work in the same company.”

When Ivan asks, “Don’t I deserve another chance?” Man explains, “If I hire you, we’ll only stay entangled like this. It won’t do you any good.”
Ivan insists that “this is where my future is,” but Man has made up her mind and rejects him. Ivan leaves heartbroken, with tears in his eyes, moving many viewers.
