On the evening of November 28, Emeishan A announced a special 2025 “Shareholder Appreciation Program,” designed to give investors an immersive experience of the destination’s signature attractions—from the sea of clouds atop the Golden Summit, to serene hot springs and tranquil Zen tea culture—reflecting the charm of the company’s “Technology + Culture + Ecology” development model.

From December 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026, individual shareholders holding 500 or more shares of “Emeishan A” (Stock Code: 000888) may enter the Emeishan scenic area free of charge, with the option to bring up to two accompanying family members. Corporate shareholders may assign five representatives to enjoy the same free entry benefits. Accompanying family members of individual shareholders will receive a 50% discount on adult mountain‐entry tickets.

Eligible individual shareholders and corporate representatives will also receive complimentary access to the Wannian Cableway, while accompanying individuals will enjoy a 50% discount on the standard adult fare.

Hotels and lodging—including Hongzhushan Hotel, Emei Mountain Hotel, Emei Hot Spring Hotel, Jinding Hotel, Leidongping Starry Sky Camp, Wannian Mountain Residence, Chengdu Emeixueya Hotel, Chengdu Emei Mountain Hotel, and Yalin Tea House—will offer special discounted accommodation packages for eligible shareholders, their family members, and authorized corporate representatives.

Shareholders and designated representatives will also enjoy complimentary hot spring service access, while accompanying guests will receive 40%–50% off posted hot‐spring ticket prices at locations including Hongzhushan Forest Hot Springs.

Additionally, eligible participants will benefit from free one‐hour‐per‐day snowboarding or skiing usage, with accompanying guests enjoying a 50% discount (60 RMB per hour).

The program also includes a special “Buy One, Get One Free” offer on exclusive Emeixueya products, as well as an 85% pricing discount on “Emeishan Memory” cultural and creative merchandise.

Based on the closing price on November 28, each Emeishan share was valued at 12.87 RMB, meaning that holding 500 shares requires an investment of approximately 6,435 RMB. For comparison, Emeishan’s standard adult entry ticket costs 160 RMB per person, and a one‐way Wannian Cableway ticket is priced at 45 RMB.
