Xiaomi’s major “Human × Car × Home” Full-Ecosystem Partner Conference 2025 is set to take place on December 17 in Beijing. The event will spotlight cutting-edge innovations across both hardware and software, with an agenda spanning Xiaomi HyperOS, internet services, IoT, and the broader ecosystem chain.

On December 16, Xiaomi released the official lineup of speakers and special guest presenters, alongside details on key collaborators—including IoT partners, automotive partners, and app-adaptation partners supporting Xiaomi’s expanding full-ecosystem strategy.

According to the announcement, confirmed guests include Xiaomi Group President Lu Weibing, Li Nan (General Manager, Product Department, Software Division), Chen Bo (General Manager, Ecosystem Chain Department), and Luo Fuli, head of the Xiaomi MiMo large-model program.

Luo Fuli—widely recognized for her work in AI research and previously associated with DeepSeek—publicly announced in November that she had joined Xiaomi. In a social post, she shared her belief that intelligence will move beyond language and into the physical world, and that she is now working with the Xiaomi MiMo team toward building that future with a group of highly creative and passionate researchers.

Xiaomi has stated that Xiaomi MiMo is the company’s first reasoning-focused large model, marking a significant milestone in its AI roadmap.

Notably, in late 2024, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun mentioned during a livestream that he hoped to bring Luo Fuli on board—reportedly with a highly competitive compensation package—to lead Xiaomi’s efforts in large-model AI research.

With the conference kicking off tomorrow, Xiaomi’s latest partner gathering is poised to offer a clearer look at how the company plans to connect people, vehicles, and homes through a unified ecosystem—and how AI will play a larger role in that next phase.
