Zhang Shuihua Sparks Controversy: Still Wearing 361° Jacket Amid Contract Rumors

On December 29, “Fastest Nurse” Zhang Shuihua appeared in Fuyuan, Heilongjiang, preparing for the Dongji New Year Marathon on January 1, wearing a 361° jacket, sparking online debate.

Zhang has been a brand ambassador for 361° since 2023. However, after winning the Harbin Marathon in August and complaining about denied leave, rumors emerged that she had terminated her contract. On December 10, media contacted her husband, Wang Ke, who claimed she ended the partnership on September 3, though his identity was not verified.

As a publicly listed company, 361° has never issued any official termination announcement via its website or Hong Kong Stock Exchange filings. The 2025 semi-annual report still lists Zhang as a signed elite runner. Sources indicate the collaboration is “temporarily paused by mutual agreement,” without a clear contract termination.

At the Fuyuan event, Zhang was still wearing 361° apparel. If her contract had indeed ended, this would effectively be free advertising. It is therefore likely that the contract remains active, with Zhang keeping a low profile. If true, she may have misled the public and continued earning income from unauthorized part-time work, raising significant concern.
