In line with its expansion strategy, Legend Property appoints a new CEO

(Kuala Lumpur, Jan 2) Lagenda Properties Berhad (LAGENDA, 7179, Main Market—Property) has announced the appointment of Jasrinderjit Singh Dhillon as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 1, 2026.

The group said the leadership transition forms part of its strategic initiatives to support future business expansion, while strengthening overall leadership capacity and corporate governance.

Dhillon previously served as Head of Investment, Strategy and Corporate Relations. He holds a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Laws from the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) and has extensive experience across legal advisory, corporate finance and strategic management.

In a statement released on Thursday (Jan 1), the company said Dhillon began his career at Wong & Partners, where he worked on complex cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPOs), joint ventures and restructuring exercises. He later moved into corporate finance at Quantephi, further deepening his expertise in M&A, restructuring and refinancing.

Dhillon joined Lagenda Properties in 2018 and has since held several key leadership roles. The group credited him with contributing significantly to corporate strategy formulation, expansion execution, oversight of capital market activities and strengthening stakeholder engagement.

As at the last trading day of 2025, Lagenda’s shares closed at RM1.25, giving the company an approximate market capitalisation of RM1.05 billion.
