According to reports, during Apple’s FY2026 Q1 earnings call, CFO Kevan Parekh stated that supply constraints of AirPods Pro 3 significantly impacted revenue in the Wearables, Home, and Accessories segment, which totaled $11.5 billion, down 2% YoY. Analysts estimate the shortage may have cost Apple roughly $230 million in revenue.

CEO Tim Cook praised AirPods Pro 3, highlighting its immersive sound, superior active noise cancellation, enhanced comfort, and real-time translation features as transformative for user experience.
