(Hong Kong, Feb 1) At 71, action superstar 成龍 (Jackie Chan)—with a career spanning 66 years and over 100 film and television works—continues to embrace new platforms and trends. On January 30, he officially joined 小紅書 (Xiaohongshu) and surprised fans by openly mentioning that he has ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) in his very first video.

In his announcement post, Jackie Chan wrote playfully, “Hello everyone, you’re not mistaken—it really is me, Jackie Chan! I’m here on Xiaohongshu now. Please take good care of me.” He also shared a self-introduction video, showing his love for traveling, singing, working out, playing with pets, and even riding a bicycle on the street, presenting a down-to-earth side of himself.

Calling himself a “beginner” in many areas, he joked about everyday questions such as how to take care of plants, how to stay focused with ADHD, where to find good food, and which selfie angle makes his face look smaller. His candid tone quickly drew over 100,000 followers.

Jackie Chan actively interacted with commenters as well. When one user suggested holding the phone near the chin for a slimmer look in selfies, he replied, “Thank you—this is the first trick I’ve learned on Xiaohongshu.”

South Korean actress 金喜善 (Kim Hee-sun) also left a comment saying, “Our lives meet again here this time.” Jackie Chan responded, “The immortal myth continues on Xiaohongshu,” referencing their 2005 film 神話 (The Myth).
