Taiwanese entertainer Ken Chu has recently drawn attention after reports of a fallout with his team and renewed friction involving the other three F4 members. He later went live to interact with fans, but the livestream unexpectedly sparked fresh discussion online after viewers noticed changes in his appearance.
In the livestream, Chu appeared in a casual, at-home look—wearing a dark blue top, a silver earring in his left ear, and black wired earphones resting around his neck. Seated on what looked like a black leather sofa, he appeared calm and relaxed.
Some viewers pointed out visible grey/white strands at his temples and lighter-coloured facial hair compared with his past image. The comments section quickly filled with surprised reactions.
Responding to the sudden focus on his facial hair, Chu addressed viewers directly, saying he didn’t understand why everyone was so fixated on his beard. He then clarified that it wasn’t intentional—he simply hadn’t shaved for about two weeks.
