(Kuala Lumpur, 9) The Low-Q team’s 2026 Lunar New Year film I’m Not Gangster (Parasite: The Low Life) is set to hit cinemas soon. Newly released character posters show the cast undergoing dramatic makeovers—shifting from petty street roles to crime bosses and power-heavy characters, as if everyone “got a new face.”

Yuriko Wong’s character Dorlyn sparked major online buzz after a clip referencing “sagging breasts” racked up over 5 million views overnight. Comedian Pei Yong debuts a mustache for “Black-Skin Bro,” but irregular filming forced him to grow and shave it repeatedly—he even wore a mask during other jobs to avoid spoilers. Mark Lee returns with long hair as an underground boss, joking that acting with Low-Q always comes with “trouble.” Lead actor Songbill says the most satisfying part is the transformation: Ah Long evolves from a timid nobody to a gang leader. Big Hee plays a powerful role for the first time—stylish in a suit, but exhausted by the heat and action scenes. Adeline jokes everyone looks like a “tough boy,” while she stands out dressed like an office lady.

The story follows Ah Long, a convenience-store worker who accidentally saves a severely injured stranger—only to be dragged into Kuala Lumpur’s biggest gang, “Yi Kei Society,” spiraling into a life of power and downfall. Directed by Lao Zhang (Zhang Wei Chen), the film is produced by High-Def Pictures and fully handled by the Low-Q team for the 2026 festive season.
