Deanna Wong registers property under Bea Hayden’s name, “three key reasons revealed,” while Jacky Heung reportedly holds only residency rights

(Hong Kong, April 15) Tiffany Chen, widely known as “Mrs. Heung,” recently shared her family philosophy on social media, revealing why she chose to purchase property under her daughter-in-law Bea Hayden’s name—while never buying a house for her son Jacky Heung.

In her latest video, Chen stated, “A wise mother-in-law would register property under her daughter-in-law’s name.” She disclosed that all properties and land provided to the couple are registered under Bea Hayden, with her son only holding residential rights.

Chen explained that she sees her daughter-in-law as her own daughter, which is why she is comfortable entrusting her with such assets. Her first reason is admiration—she believes Bea is financially prudent and capable of managing wealth responsibly.

Secondly, Chen admitted there is a strategic intention behind her decision. Addressing her son directly, she said, “You must treat your wife and children well. As long as your family stays together, everything is yours—but if you fail them, you lose it all.”

Her third reason centers on the next generation. By placing assets under her daughter-in-law’s name, she believes it helps maintain family stability and encourages commitment, which is beneficial for her grandchildren’s upbringing.

Chen also expressed the view that women are generally more reliable in managing finances and suggested that supporting daughters-in-law in this way can strengthen family harmony. Rather than creating barriers, she believes trust and empowerment can lead to a more stable and lasting family structure.
