October 16 — According to data from Tianyancha, Hainan Wanjun Management Services Co., Ltd. has filed a contract dispute lawsuit against Wang Jianlin, Dalian Wanda Group, and Wanda Real Estate Group Co., Ltd.
The case is scheduled for trial on November 3 at the Shanghai No.2 Intermediate People’s Court.

Records show that Hainan Wanjun is jointly owned by Vanke’s subsidiary Shenzhen Yingda Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (70%) and Zhuhai Hengqin Wanjun Investment Group Co., Ltd. (30%).

This year, Dalian Wanda Group and its affiliates have been involved in several legal disputes.
On September 28, Wang Jianlin and Wanda Group were briefly restricted from high consumption activities, sparking public attention. The restriction was lifted the following day.
According to Wanda’s branding department, the issue stemmed from a financial dispute involving a subsidiary project and was caused by miscommunication during enforcement.

In addition, Dalian Wanda Commercial Management Group recently appeared in another court notice.
The plaintiff, Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. (Hubei Branch), is suing Wuhan Jingyun Space Construction Co., Wuhan Dongsha Wanda Commercial Management Co., and Dalian Wanda Commercial Management Group, with the hearing set for December 1.

As of now, Tianyancha data shows:

  • Wanda Group has 10 enforcement records, with a total enforced amount of about ¥5.262 billion, and 52 equity freezing entries.
  • Wanda Real Estate Group has 434 enforcement records, totaling ¥1.86 billion, including 5 records of untrustworthy enforcement.
  • Dalian Wanda Commercial Management Group has 37 past enforcement cases, totaling ¥599 million. In late September, it was again listed as an enforced entity, with a case value of ¥2.959 million.

With lawsuits piling up, Wanda Group’s financial health and business outlook have once again become the focus of public and investor attention.
