【CNMO Technology News】On December 19, Faraday Future (FF) announced that it plans to officially deliver its flagship FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance to Hebron Sher, CEO of U.S. peer-to-peer EV sharing platform ZEVO, in January 2026. FF said a formal delivery ceremony will also be held, and the transaction process is expected to be completed by December 23.

FF described the delivery as a key step in advancing its “B2B2C” business model. Previously, FF and ZEVO signed a preorder agreement covering 1,000 units of the FX Super One, including a non-refundable deposit and non-binding reservation orders, with the deposit already received. FF noted that the move represents its first entry into the fast-growing car-sharing market, further expanding its enterprise customer ecosystem after exploring partnerships across car rental, FX Par, real estate brokerage, and MCN-related segments.

Headquartered in Dallas, ZEVO is among the earlier platforms in the U.S. to roll out peer-to-peer electric vehicle sharing services. It enables individual owners to list their EVs for sharing, while also offering flexible short-term rental solutions for ride-hailing drivers and on-demand delivery workers. ZEVO’s operations currently span major cities across Texas, California, Arizona, Florida, and Nevada.

FF added that the partnership with ZEVO goes beyond vehicle procurement. The two sides are exploring deeper strategic collaboration, with potential extensions into EV sharing operations and applications that integrate Web2 and Web3 technologies—aimed at building a new shared mobility model that connects intelligent electric transportation with a broader digital ecosystem.
