As of December 27, CSL teams are active in the winter transfer window. Fans of Liaoning Ironmen are eager for Japanese foreign player Bongbon Yoshihiro’s contract renewal, which remains unresolved. Without Bongbon, the team’s playing style and match entertainment value could be affected. Nevertheless, the Ironmen have confirmed domestic signings Li Tixiang, Tian Ziyi, and Dilimulati, while continuing to explore further domestic and foreign transfers.

On the foreign front, Congolese forward Mbemba is confirmed to remain with the team for the 2026 CSL season, ensuring offensive stability. Bongbon’s renewal is still under negotiation, and Brazilian Felipe’s contract has expired, making his status uncertain. The Ironmen plan to announce new foreign signings in January and start the first phase of winter training in Hainan on December 28, focusing on domestic players for fitness and tactical preparation.

Henan club has renewed head coach Daniel Ramos, aiming for higher targets next season. Several players are leaving or transferring, including retired Yi Hongbo, Huang Zichang’s departure, and Lu Yongtao’s loan ending with a likely move to Shanghai Port. Huang Ruifeng has attracted interest from Beijing Guoan and Shandong Taishan. Foreign player Achimpen’s renewal is undecided, and Cardoso’s loan ends with low probability of a permanent transfer. Overall, Henan’s roster will see significant changes, with new signings still in progress.
