On December 30, the People’s Daily released its recap of “Yearly Memories” for 2025, featuring Xiaomi’s self-developed 3nm flagship chip, the XuanJie O1.
Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun shared the news on social media, highlighting the significance of the chip. During Xiaomi’s recent launch event, the company also showcased the XuanJie O1 among its 2025 achievements.
According to the People’s Daily, the XuanJie O1 represents a major step in China’s capability for high-end chip self-reliance, reflecting strong enterprise investment in core underlying technologies.
