On February 14, Fast Technology reported that iFLYTEK recently held its annual meeting, where Chairman Liu Qingfeng and President Wu Xiaoru delivered keynote speeches. Together, they reviewed the company’s 2025 operating performance and outlined a clear strategic direction—along with key actions—for 2026.

During the event, Wu Xiaoru revealed that iFLYTEK’s operating cash collections in 2025 exceeded RMB 27 billion. Operating cash flow reached a new record high of RMB 3 billion, up 28% year-on-year, while “scale profit” increased by 40% to 70% compared with the previous year.

On the product front, the Open Platform’s large-model daily call volume surged 45 times year-on-year. Gross profit rose 244%, and for the first time, gross profit from a single business line surpassed RMB 1 billion. Meanwhile, the user base of iFLYTEK Hearing (iFLYTEK Tingjian) exceeded 100 million, and AI marketing gross profit from overseas markets grew by more than 500%.

In terms of industry applications and international expansion, iFLYTEK’s healthcare large model maintained leading performance across key metrics. Its “Smart Medical Assistant” has now supported more than 1.1 billion clinical decision-support interactions. Overseas revenue also surpassed RMB 1 billion, and in select priority languages across Latin America and ASEAN, iFLYTEK has already outperformed comparable U.S. products in certain areas.

Looking ahead to 2026, iFLYTEK emphasized four priorities: maintaining strategic focus, strengthening systemic innovation, deepening project-based management, and accelerating talent development. The company also announced the establishment of a Transformation Management Committee to comprehensively drive AI-enabled upgrades in organizational efficiency.

“AI won’t replace people—but it will replace those who don’t change how they work,” Liu Qingfeng said. He added that iFLYTEK’s distinctive strength lies not only in using AI, but also in creating it.

In 2026, iFLYTEK will continue investing across tool platforms, capability training, and talent development mechanisms, aiming to provide employees with broader opportunities for growth and advancement.
