(Tokyo, March 29) Japan’s influencer scene has been shaken by major news as former child star and mixed-heritage influencer Tenga Hashimoto announced her marriage to long-time friend and entrepreneur Yuta Misaki. The couple, both among Japan’s most influential digital personalities, have been dubbed by netizens as the “ultimate influencer power couple.”

The pair jointly revealed on social media that they officially registered their marriage on January 30. Misaki shared a romantic sentiment, saying that although they had been friends for years, it wasn’t until New Year’s Day 2026 that “a red lightning of fate struck,” prompting him to propose.

In their statement, they acknowledged that life has not always been smooth, but emphasized their commitment to building a future together: “We have chosen to support each other as lifelong partners and begin a new chapter together.”

They also expressed gratitude to the public: “Though we still have much to learn, we will grow together as a family and work toward building a warm home. We would be honored to have your continued support.”

Following the announcement, congratulatory messages flooded social media, with many describing their union as a “fusion of influence and capital.” Speculation about a potential grand wedding has also captured public interest.

At 32, Hashimoto was born in Beijing and rose to fame as a child star on NHK educational programs. Her life journey has been notably dynamic—from child star to rebellious “gyaru” model, and eventually to a million-subscriber YouTuber. In April 2024, she surprised fans by revealing she had secretly given birth and was raising her child as a single mother.

Meanwhile, 36-year-old Misaki, widely known as the “Aojiru Prince,” achieved remarkable business success in his 20s, reportedly generating annual revenues of 13.1 billion yen. However, his career suffered a setback in 2019 following tax-related legal issues. He later made a strong comeback through social media and real estate ventures and currently serves as a corporate executive.
