It is reported that Kuo was first spotted holding hands with her boyfriend in October 2024 and later confirmed the relationship. She revealed that her partner is a foreign man with curly hair, whom she met during her studies abroad. The couple is currently in a long-distance relationship.

Kuo shared that she is comfortable with this arrangement, appreciating the personal space it allows, saying, “I think things are good as they are now.”
