Recent tabloid reports alleged marital infidelity, inappropriate interactions with fans, and even rumors involving a pregnancy, sparking widespread public discussion.

In response, Downs issued a statement on April 1, firmly denying the allegations and describing them as false. He explained that circulating audio recordings had been selectively edited, omitting key parts where he explicitly denied fathering a child with “Woman A” and rejected her request to become pregnant. He stated, “My private life is no one’s business, especially after my divorce. However, to clarify: I have never had a sexual relationship with her, and she is not pregnant.”

He further revealed that during the divorce proceedings, he was subjected to ongoing harassment and threats from Woman A and a former manager, including alleged defamation and financial extortion. He noted that the tone in the recordings reflected the stress of repeated late-night calls under pressure.

Regarding “Woman B,” Downs said they met during his separation in 2020. Although she had expressed interest in a relationship, he emphasized that they never became involved and had no physical relationship. After he ended contact, he claims she threatened him and later followed him to Canada, though they never met again.
