According to recent reports, King Charles III is not expected to meet with survivors of the Jeffrey Epstein case during his upcoming visit to the United States, though the possibility of a future meeting has not been ruled out.

U.S. Congressman Ro Khanna had previously sent an open letter urging the King to hold a private meeting with survivors during the visit, allowing them to share their experiences and concerns directly.

While Buckingham Palace has not issued a formal public statement, sources indicate that the current position is shaped by ongoing investigations by UK authorities. As such, the King and Queen “will not be able” to meet survivors during the visit, in order to avoid any potential interference with legal proceedings.

However, insiders note that the phrasing leaves room for future engagement.

The sources also highlighted that the King has previously expressed concern for survivors, and the Queen has long supported victims of sexual and domestic violence.

In his letter, Khanna referenced past efforts by U.S. authorities to seek testimony from Prince Andrew regarding his links to Epstein, which went unanswered. He also noted that Peter Mandelson declined to participate in related inquiries.

Khanna argued that a meeting with survivors could help ensure their voices are heard and potentially contribute to broader transparency regarding Epstein’s international network.
