Deyun Society 30th Anniversary Tour Hits KL — Guo Degang & Yu Qian Live on June 13

(Kuala Lumpur, April 24) Renowned Chinese crosstalk troupe Deyun Society celebrates its 30th anniversary with the launch of its “Thirty Years, Golden Era” 2026 World Tour. The Kuala Lumpur stop will take place on June 13 (Thursday) at 7:00 PM at Mega Star Arena, promising an exceptional showcase of traditional Chinese performing arts.

Marking three decades of growth and achievement, the tour reflects the journey of Deyun Society from humble beginnings to global recognition. The performance will be led by its iconic founder Guo Degang and his longtime partner Yu Qian, alongside a full lineup of top performers.

Specially curated for the anniversary, the show will feature a blend of classic routines that honor tradition, as well as fresh, contemporary pieces inspired by modern life. Over the past 30 years, Deyun Society has not only preserved the essence of crosstalk but also revitalized it through innovation, making it relevant to new generations worldwide.

The Malaysia stop is more than a tour performance — it marks a long-awaited reunion between Guo Degang, Yu Qian, and their Malaysian fans.
