(Kuala Lumpur, July 28) Malaysian actress Mira Filzah, affectionately known as the nation's "girl next door," has been unveiled as the newest ambassador for Japanese eyewear brand OWNDAYS Malaysia. Appearing at the brand's "OWN 'your' DAYS" pop-up event at TRX, she encouraged people to embrace confidence by expressing their authentic personal style.
Known for her warm personality and elegant image, Mira has become a favourite among fashion and lifestyle brands in recent years. Her appearance at the event drew a large crowd of fans, highlighting her enduring popularity.
According to Mira, personal style is unique to everyone, and what she loves most about OWNDAYS is its wide range of eyewear suitable for every occasion.
"Whether I'm attending a meeting, spending time with family or heading out casually, there's always a frame that matches the moment. Some days I want to look cool, while other days I prefer something cute."
She added that wearing a pair of glasses that fits well makes her feel comfortable, confident and more like herself.
Mira also joked that she has become something of an "eyewear enthusiast," paying close attention not only to frame designs but also to comfort and functionality. She even influenced her family to treat glasses as an everyday fashion accessory.
Among her favourites are the lightweight AIR Series for work and commuting, the stylish SUN Series with 100% UV protection, and the elegant GRAPH BELLE Series, which she says complements both professional and casual outfits.
Since entering the Malaysian market in 2015, OWNDAYS Malaysia has remained committed to Japanese craftsmanship, stylish designs and quality customer service. Mira said she is honoured to join the brand and hopes the "OWN 'your' DAYS" campaign will inspire more people to celebrate their individuality instead of simply following trends.
