Charmaine Sheh Rents Out Luxury Apartment for HK$85,000 a Month, Property Portfolio Tops HK$180 Million
HONG KONG, July 17 – Award-winning Hong Kong actress Charmaine Sheh has once again demonstrated her savvy investment skills after reportedly leasing out one of her luxury properties in Happy Valley for HK$85,000 per month.
According to HK01, the apartment is a three-bedroom unit with a saleable area of approximately 1,509 square feet. Sheh acquired the property in 2013 through a company share transfer for around HK$39.98 million, and it has now secured a tenant at a premium monthly rental.
Beyond her successful acting career, Sheh has long been known for her keen interest in property investment. Over the years, she has built an impressive real estate portfolio across Hong Kong.
In addition to the Happy Valley residence, she reportedly owns at least five properties located in Hung Hom, North Point, Ho Man Tin and Sai Kung.
Industry estimates place the combined market value of her properties at more than HK$180 million, cementing her status as one of Hong Kong's wealthiest actresses through real estate investments.
