HONG KONG, July 16 – Hong Kong actor Felix Wong, 64, made an emotional return to the stage nearly four years after stepping away from the spotlight following the death of his wife, Leung Kit Wah, in 2020.

Wong appeared as a special guest at veteran singer Vivian Lai's concert in Foshan, where he reflected on the difficult years that followed his wife's passing.

While speaking to the audience, Wong became visibly emotional when mentioning his late wife, pausing to compose himself before saying, "After my wife passed away in 2020, I turned down all commercial performances, stage appearances and singing engagements."

He expressed gratitude for having the opportunity to perform again, saying he never imagined he would one day stand on stage once more.

"I'm truly happy to be here tonight. All of you are fortunate to witness this special moment with me," he told the audience, describing the occasion as a meaningful milestone in his life.

Wong also revealed that the recent passing of two former colleagues, Chan Man Yee and Miu Kam Fung, had prompted him to reflect deeply on life's impermanence.

"This is something everyone has to go through. We must learn to let go and accept it," he said, suggesting he has gradually come to terms with the loss of his wife.

He concluded by wishing everyone good health and longevity, bringing his heartfelt appearance to a touching close.
