(Hong Kong, 13 Sept) Hong Kong actress Margaret Chung, 49, has reportedly been admitted to the ICU at CUHK Medical Centre after her noticeably slimmer appearance recently sparked concerns about her health.
Her close friends Toby Leung and Angela Tong were subsequently seen visiting her at the hospital.
Leung reportedly brought takeaway food during her visit on 12 September. When asked about Chung’s condition, she briefly replied: “OK, good.”
Tong visited the hospital on 13 September. When approached by reporters for an update, she asked the media not to put too much pressure on them.
She later repeated that the situation was stressful and urged the public to refer to statements released on social media for further updates.
