Trump Phone Pre-Order Customers Wait Three Months in Vain—Support Hints at October Delivery

Do you still remember the much-hyped Trump Phone? As CNMO previously reported, this device has been surrounded by repeated fraud suspicions—from constantly changing promotional images to endlessly delayed shipping dates.

According to international media reports, a customer revealed that they prepaid $100 three months ago to reserve Trump Mobile’s debut model, the T1 smartphone. Yet to this day, no product has arrived, and the order status remains completely untraceable.

Trump Mobile—founded by one of former President Trump’s sons—originally promised a “Made in America” golden Android phone. But doubts only deepened when the official website went through three suspicious product changes: first showing a render that looked strikingly similar to an iPhone, then using actual photos of a gold iPhone 16 Pro Max, and finally switching to images that clearly featured a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra paired with a third-party case.

Frustrated pre-order customers have raised further concerns:

  • After payment, no updates were received—only a payment confirmation. The account login system has never worked.
  • Customer service only gave a vague promise that shipping might begin in October, refusing to provide any firm timeline.
  • The bold “Made in America” slogan quietly disappeared, replaced with the more ambiguous phrase “Designed with American Values.”
  • Even the network coverage map was altered—not to fix labeling errors, but to remove disputed territory names altogether.

Adding to the controversy, some media outlets highlighted that the Trump family has a history of launching companies that quickly go bankrupt. While Trump Mobile’s customer service insists that devices will eventually be shipped, the combination of shifting product details, indefinite delays, broken account systems, and marketing inconsistencies has left many buyers worried that this could be yet another “cash grab and collapse” scheme.
