Great Wall Motors has officially announced a special “New Year Purchase Tax Subsidy Program” for the 2026 Tank 500 lineup, covering the new Tank 500 Hi4-Z Intelligent Edition, Tank 500 Hi4-T Intelligent Edition, and the Tank 500 Hi4-T models.
According to the company, customers who lock in their orders before 24:00 on November 30 will be eligible for the subsidy if, for reasons not attributable to the buyer, the vehicle is not delivered on time and the actual invoicing and handover occur in 2026. In such cases, Great Wall will provide a purchase tax subsidy of up to 15,000 RMB, applied directly as a deduction from the remaining payment.
The 2026 Tank 500 positions itself as an “All-Scenario Intelligent Luxury Off-Road SUV”, combining advanced technology with rugged performance. The model features lidar sensors and Great Wall’s latest Coffee Pilot Ultra, a third-generation intelligent driving assistance system. Buyers can choose from three powerful configurations — 3.0T gasoline, 2.0T Hi4-T, and 2.0T Hi4-Z — with prices starting from 335,000 RMB.
This new initiative reflects Great Wall’s commitment to rewarding customers’ trust and delivering a smarter, more luxurious off-road experience as the Tank series continues to evolve.
