According to IT Home on November 21, AJAZZ officially launched the MK87 Prism Edition tri-mode keyboard on November 18. The keyboard features a 1.33-inch prism display, which the company claims to be the “world’s first prism keyboard.”
The MK87 Prism Edition uses an 87-key (80%) layout with a gasket-mounted structure. It includes a 1.2mm slotted PCB with hot-swappable switches, 16.8 million-color bottom RGB lighting (IT Home notes that the spacebar contains 9 LEDs), and a 4-layer internal filling structure with a horizontally slotted PC positioning plate.
The keyboard comes equipped with AJAZZ Litchi V2 linear switches, offering a 2.0±0.4mm actuation distance, 3.6±0.2mm total travel, 42±8gf actuation force, and 52±8gf bottom-out force. The keycaps use a colorful translucent periodic-table theme, creating a unique optical effect along with the prism display.
The MK87 Prism Edition is priced at 422 RMB, with a final purchase price of around 358.7 RMB.
