SAIC-GM-Wuling and Huawei Unveil First Flagship Model, Huajing S to Launch in H1 2026

On December 29, SAIC-GM-Wuling officially announced that its first flagship vehicle developed in deep collaboration with Huawei—the Huajing S—will be launched in the first half of 2026.

On the same day, Baojun confirmed that the Huajing brand has officially entered the Huawei Qiankun App ecosystem. The Huajing S is now showcased in the app’s virtual showroom and is positioned as a technology-driven flagship six-seat SUV, powered by Huawei’s Qiankun intelligent solutions.

According to official information, the Huajing S highlights three key strengths:

• Standard Huawei Qiankun intelligent suite: Equipped with Qiankun Intelligent Driving ADS 4 Pro and a HarmonyOS-based smart cockpit, delivering advanced driver assistance and seamless intelligent interaction
• Next-generation intelligent manufacturing: Produced at a national-level “Lighthouse” smart factory using an intelligent island manufacturing system, ensuring high precision and consistent build quality
• Tianling Shen Technology System: Integrating the Tianyu vehicle architecture, Lingxi powertrain, and Shenlian battery system to balance performance, safety, and efficiency

According to IT Home, SAIC-GM-Wuling and Huawei announced a comprehensive upgrade of their strategic partnership earlier this month. The Baojun Huajing S marks the first model under this expanded collaboration, featuring Lingxi Powertrain 3.0, Shenlian Battery 3.0, and the Tianyu Architecture L platform. It is also the first Baojun vehicle to adopt Huawei Qiankun intelligent driving and HarmonyOS cockpit solutions.

With the Huajing S, the partnership between SAIC-GM-Wuling and Huawei is entering a new phase—moving from technology collaboration toward deep integration at the product and system level.
