Xiaomi MIX 5 is Finally Making a Comeback!

Following the official release of the Xiaomi 17 Ultra and its Leica edition, another major Xiaomi device has surfaced. According to blogger @數碼閒聊站, a Xiaomi phone with a quad-curved display and under-screen front camera has begun new folder setup—likely the long-awaited Xiaomi MIX 5. In addition to the under-display selfie camera, it is expected to support under-screen 3D facial recognition.

Furthermore, Xiaomi’s second-generation self-developed chip, Xuanjie O2, is currently under iteration, and it’s highly probable that MIX 5 will be the first device to feature it. Considering that it has been over four years since MIX 4 was released and next year marks the 10th anniversary of the MIX series, the timing for MIX 5’s return couldn’t be better.
