On December 29, domestic media reported that Lisuantech, a GPU developer controlled by Dosilicon, has successfully completed the first batch delivery of its self-developed GPU chips—marking a major milestone in the commercialization of China’s homegrown GPUs.

The initial shipment was delivered to enterprises in the digital twin sector. The 7G100 series GPU, which entered mass production on September 15, 2025, is manufactured using TSMC’s 6nm process and is designed for applications such as cloud gaming, intelligent cockpits, and digital twin platforms. This delivery signals the transition of the product from mass production to real-world commercial deployment.

According to supply chain sources, several customers have already received small-volume shipments of the 7G100 series and begun deployment. Related revenue is expected to be gradually reflected in Dosilicon’s financial statements starting from Q4 2025.

Notably, the 7G100 is a fully self-developed Chinese GPU, with independently designed computing cores and instruction sets built on a 6nm process. Performance tests indicate that it outperforms the NVIDIA RTX 4060, underscoring its competitive strength.

Lisuantech is currently advancing production and market expansion in parallel, aiming to ensure a smooth market launch and rapid adoption of the 7G100 series.
