(Kuala Lumpur, 12th) Sarawak-based ICT equipment and systems player Impact Capital Holdings plans to list on Bursa Malaysia’s ACE Market to raise funds for business expansion.

According to its draft prospectus, the company intends to broaden its footprint by setting up new offices in Peninsular Malaysia as well as East Malaysia. It also plans to hire around 60 additional employees, including engineers, sales representatives, and project managers.

Impact Capital said recruitment will focus on high-skilled professionals with the necessary technical expertise and industry knowledge to support operations and sustain delivery capabilities.

Operationally, the group is primarily involved in ICT equipment and system integration for critical infrastructure, covering telecommunications infrastructure, enterprise networking, data centres, and cybersecurity systems. Its client base includes government agencies, utilities, financial and merchant services providers, internet technology companies, and other corporate customers.

For the financial period up to June 2025, the company reported revenue of approximately RM145 million and net profit of about RM7 million. It also noted that most of its revenue in recent years has been generated within Malaysia, with overseas income contributing only a small portion.

In terms of proceeds, Impact Capital said part of the funds will go toward building a “Digital Innovation and Solutions Centre” to serve as a demonstration and testing hub. The remaining proceeds will be allocated to working capital, marketing expenses, and listing-related costs.

Public Investment Bank has been appointed as the IPO’s principal adviser, sponsor, sole underwriter, and sole placement agent.
