(Hong Kong, 25th) 59-year-old Tang Siu-chun recently made headlines after rumors resurfaced about him inheriting a HKD 1.5 billion fortune from his father, the late Cantonese opera legend Tang Wing-cheung. Reports even claimed that at his “poorest,” he still had assets worth HKD 100 million, sparking widespread discussion.
In recent years, Tang has been active on online talk shows, where he often shares candid personal stories. During a recent appearance on the web program SpotiTalk, he was asked whether he had ever participated in a “group activity.” Without hesitation, he openly admitted, “Of course I have—how could I not?”
He added that no one had ever asked him such a question before, joking that he has “seen and tried everything,” leaving little that feels new or surprising.
When asked what led to the experience, Tang described it as an “accident,” laughing along with the host. He recalled that he was initially in another room when people called him over to check on something. Before he knew it, he was pulled into the situation. “Since I was already there, I just gave it a try,” he said. However, he admitted the experience was far from enjoyable, describing it as “hectic, uninteresting, and not enjoyable at all.”
Tang also emphasized that he has no issue talking about it publicly and even advised the host not to try such experiences.
